The Building Process
At Moore & Moore Homes our focus is on you, the client, at all points in time. We are proud of what we build and we encourage our clients to be a part of the building process. We focus on an interactive build, and formally schedule three meetings with our clients during that process. It is important to us as a company that our clients are able to see the quality and pride that we put into building their homes, as we build it, not just after we are done.

Pre-Construction Meeting
After selections are made and the permit is received from the municipality, we will schedule a meeting before construction begins. At this meeting we will go over the entire building process and discuss some of the selections. This meeting happens with both the Moore & Moore site manager and the sales and marketing rep. We will be sure that we are building the home that you purchased, and set a closing date at this meeting. We have *100% on time completion rate, and we understand the significance of delivering on time.

Pre-Drywall Meeting
This is our time to shine as a company. Our customer will meet with the site manager and he/she will demonstrate the extra steps that we take during the building process which ensure our clients that they are purchasing quality! We will also demonstrate our energy savings package, and review electrical selections at this meeting. At this point, our customers start to realize the value of the company from whom they are purchasing.

Pre-Settlement Demonstration
This meeting, with our site manager, happens a week before closing. The site manager will review all warranty information and then demonstrate how every feature in the home works - appliances, mechanicals, etc. This will also be an opportunity for our customer to point out any issue that may exist before closing. It is our company policy that no home is closed with an existing "punch list". Our product will be 100% complete at the time of the pre-settlement walk through! What does this mean to you? If there are items that are noted by our customers at the pre-settlement walk through, our production team will have them complete and ready for review on a final walk through before closing. Not one of our clients goes to a closing table wondering when an item will be taken care of. This is a guarantee.
